Board Meetings
The River City Hawks Board usually meets the last Sunday of every month at 6:00pm. Location is TBD. Please
visit the home page for exact date and time. Club members are welcome to attend. If you wish to address the
board, please contact the President of the Club alfred@hawksfc.org at least seven (7) days before the meeting
to be added to the agenda.

Nominations for R.C. Hawks Board
The President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary are Executive Positions and are elected by the
membership. Director of Purchasing, and general Board members are also determined by a vote of the
membership and ALL are a two (2) year commitment. Scholarship and Fundraising Coordinators are
determined by a vote of the River City Hawks Board. The Director of Coaching is a pay position hired by the River
City Hawks Board. All training staff are hire and fire by the Director of Coaching.
