River City Hawks Futbol Club
Alfred Ramirez is the founder of the River City Hawks Futbol Club and the Director of
Coaching and Player Development. Prior to starting the R.C. Hawks in the summer of
2003, Alfred trained and coached several teams in and around the San Antonio
Metropolitan area.
A native of San Antonio, Alfred holds several certifications: Direct of Coaching
Diploma, National Diploma, National Youth Diploma, Advanced Regional Diploma,
State Diploma, Regional Goalkeeping Diploma, State Goalkeeping Diploma from the
National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA). Alfred also holds a
National "D" license from the United States Soccer Federation (USSF).
Alfred's main job at R.C. Hawks Futbol Club is to oversee the development of all
players and trainers while maintaining and upholding a high standard of quality
training in order to provide the absolute best soccer club in and around the San
Antonio Metropolitan area.

Rodney's true passion for the game has kept him involved in soccer in one way or
another since the age of four. Rodney's philosophy of training and coaching is to
infuse the fundamentals of the game while maintaining a constant development in
skills and conditioning to further individualized proficiencies as both a competitor
and teammate. Rodney further believes that the quality of a player's performance and
attitude has a direct relation to the trainer, and his/her abilities. For that reason,
making it a precedence to create a training environment which entails positive
attitudes and ethical indulgence, is key in the building the foundation of a superior
program.
